The Indiana Rural Health Association offers a new Lunch and Learn session "My Child Has Special Needs:  Now What?" presented by Chris Held, ASK Trainer.

Program Description
Finding out that your child has special needs can be overwhelming. Some common reactions can be “What do I do now?  Where do I start? Who can I call with questions?”  This presentation will focus on the services provided by About Special Kids and how we can help families:

• find support for their child and family,
• find information and services,
• find coverage to pay for services, and 
• help families start thinking about the future 

The lunch and Learn series is offered via videoconferencing at the designated hosting sites (available sites listed on the registration), in person at Sensory Technologies in Indianapolis or by web streaming (see more information below). There is no cost to register for this event but you must complete the RSVP form to register.

You may also participate in the event through a live web stream. When you participate through a web stream you can view the meeting live on the internet; the downside, the other participants can not see or hear you. If you have a comment or question during the meeting you can email the question to the email address provided for this meeting.
