Exhibitor proposal - information for all exhibitors

We are returning to the JW Marriott, with a better layout for exhibitors.
All activities (general session, educational sessions & the exhibit hall) will be on the 3rd floor.

To increase traffic and visibility for the exhibitors, the exhibit hall and the general session
will be together in the3rd floor Grand Ballroom.

Exhibit levels:
Emerald Sponsor - $10,000 (Includes 9 registrations with meals and 1 year IRHA Organizational Membership )
Diamond Sponsor - $7,500 (Includes 7 registrations with meals and 1 year IRHA Organizational Membership )
Platinum Sponsor - $5,000 (Includes 6 registrations with meals and 1 year IRHA Organizational Membership )
Gold Sponsor - $3,500 (Includes 5 registrations with meals and 1 year IRHA Organizational Membership )
Silver Sponsor - $2,500 (Includes 4 registrations with meals and 4 individual IRHA Memberships)

There will be no refunds for cancellations received after July 24, 2013.
** All payments are due before the Conference. You will not be allowed to choose the location of your exhibit booth until after IRHA receives your exhibit payment.**
