Cahaba is the Medicare Administrative Contractor for most Indiana Independent RHCs.  Exception: Newly designated independent RHCs currently assigned to NGS (2010-2011)

WPS is the Medicare Administrative Contractor for Provider-Based RHCs and newly designated Independent RHCs.
