Indiana Rural Health Association Receives Funds for Telemedicine

The Indiana Rural Health Association received nearly $1 million in federal funds from the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) to provide support for telemedicine efforts in the states of Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, and Ohio; known as the Upper Midwest Telehealth Resource Center, the program will receive $325,000 annually for the next three years. Funds will be allocated to provide technical assistance and educational efforts for the expansion of telemedicine within these four states.
