Heather is a Project Coordinator under the Indiana Rural Workforce Innovation Network (IRWIN) grant for the Indiana Rural Health Association (IRHA). She began her career as a Registered Respiratory Therapist working clinically at University Hospital in Indianapolis, and went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from Franklin University and Master’s of Science in Management with an emphasis in organizational leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University. Her experience includes clinical work, pulmonary rehabilitation, program design and implementation, accreditation, and higher education. Grable served as the director for clinical education for the respiratory care program at Ivy Tech Community College in Terre Haute, Indiana, and since 2004 has instructed many residential and online courses, as well as curriculum development and design in higher education. As Project Coordinator under IRWIN, her focus is on eLearning through the IRHA and its staff, members, community partners, and associates.
