Tina Darling

Project Director

Tina Darling, MPA, was born and raised in Indianapolis, and has more than 30 years’ experience working for Hoosiers at the community level. Twenty-five of those years has centered on Indiana’s safety-net health care system focusing on outreach and education to lay consumers and health care professionals alike. She has emphasized fostering relationships with people and interdisciplinary organizations around the state to promote best practices in reaching the medically underserved. Tina holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs and Mass Communications, a Master of Science in Public Affairs, and a professional certificate in Public Management, all from the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University.
