Fall Forum Agenda

Registration fees:

Students - $75

(must provide proof with a valid school email address)

*Walk-in fees are higher!

IRHA member walk-in registration - $200

Non-member walk-in registration - $300

The program being presented by the Indiana Healthcare Executives Network (Indiana Rural Health Association’s Fall Forum: Harvesting Rural Solutions) has been approved by the American College of Healthcare Executives for a total of 4.0 hours of ACHE Qualified Education credit.

As an independent chartered chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Indiana Healthcare Executives Network, is authorized to award a total of 4.0 hours of ACHE Qualified Education credits toward advancement or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Participants in this program who wish to have it considered for ACHE Qualified Education credit should list their attendance when they apply to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification.
