Mock Surveys

Mock Surveys by IRHA

IRHA's RHC Network Director will come to your clinic and conduct a one-day in-person mock survey following the guidelines of your accreditor (i.e. The Compliance Team, Quad A, or the Indiana Department of Health). You will receive a mock survey report within 10 business days with a summary of findings. Mock surveys are best timed before an expected initial survey or re-certification survey from your accreditor. Limit one mock survey per RHC per year.

RHC mock surveys are included in the Indiana Statewide Rural Health Network (InSRHN) membership for RHCs that are owned by InSRHN member hospitals.

After the mock survey, please consider filling out the RHC Mock Survey Satisfaction Survey so IRHA can improve mock surveys in the future.
