Gibson General Hospital

Indiana Hospital Association (IHA)
IHA joined the consortium in 2018 during the planning of Phase II. IHA remains committed to the success of the consortium.
Indiana Rural Health Association
The Indiana Rural Health Association (IRHA) is accountable to the Office of Rural Health Policy and the Department of Health and Human Services for the performance and financial aspects of the InROC. The IRHA is coordinating the formation of the InROC Care Coordination Task Force (InROCTF) through the direction of the InROC project director. This is a multifaceted approach among all consortium partners and community consortium partners within each of the three identified counties of Lawrence, Cass, and Fayette, as well as patients providers, and social service organizations.
Indiana Rural Schools Clinic Network (IRSCN)
IRSCN joined the consortium during the Phase I. The program funding has ended in 2019 but resources developed under this program continue to serve towards the success of the consortium
IU Health Bedford Hospital
IU Health Bedford Hospital is a modern, Joint Commission approved rural health care facility which offers up-to-date technology and medical practices. It also employs a physician group practice, IU Health Southern Indiana Physicians, which is a multi-specialty practice providing medical services in internal medicine, family practice, general surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, and pediatrics. Nurse practitioners in adult and pediatric primary care have been added to expand medical care. IU Health Bedford is working with InROC to provide IU Health Bedford Hospital is a modern, Joint Commission approved rural health care facility which offers up-to-date technology and medical practices. - IU Bowen Center
Named in honor of Otis R. Bowen, M.D., former Governor of Indiana, Secretary of Health and Human Services for the United States, Chair of the National Governors Association, and committed family medicine physician, the Bowen Center for Health Workforce Research & Policy (Bowen Center) is housed in the Indiana University School of Medicine’s Department of Family Medicine. Serving alongside stakeholders such as state and federal agencies, nonprofit organizations, academic partners, health professionals, employers, and community advocates, the Bowen Center’s work focuses on analyzing complex health sector issues and developing strategic solutions.
The Bowen Center is honored to serve as an InROC partner to provide workforce data/strategy, offer strategic insight, facilitate partnerships within the health sector, and support dissemination of information.

IU Center for Rural Engagement
The Center for Rural Engagement connects the broad resources of IU Bloomington and its region through collaborative initiatives. The goal of the center is to improve the lives of Hoosiers by working with partners to discover and deploy flexible and scalable solutions to common challenges facing rural communities. The center connects with communities to build upon their many assets, such as the natural beauty of the region; their family-friendly culture; and their many economic resources.
Indiana University joined the consortium during the planning of Phase II. It continues to provide support and active partnership.
LifeSpring Health Systems
LifeSpring Health Systems provides comprehensive primary care and behavioral health and addiction treatment in eleven counties throughout southern Indiana. Utilizing a patient centered approach, we rely on integrated healthcare teams, working to support the patient's goals.
Logansport Memorial Hospital

As the third largest employer in Cass County, we employ a large percentage of the community. Our patients are often comforted by receiving high-quality care from familiar faces. Logansport Memorial Hospital is in partnership with InROC to provide community and provider education on removing the stigma OUD and Medication Assisted Treatment.
Logansport Memorial joined as a partner in Phase I. It was a committed partner and continues to participate in sustainability activities for Phase I.
Meridian Health Services
Meridian Health Services joined in 2020 for Phase II of the consortium.
Reid Health
Reid Health has provided the people of Richmond and its surrounding communities with quality health care for more than 100 years. We are consistently recognized regionally and nationally for the quality of both the care and the experience. Reid Health is working with InROC on screening patients with Behavioral Health Disorders, Substance Use Disorder including Opioid Use Disorder and providing community and provider education on removing the stigma OUD and Medication Assisted Treatment.

Schneck Medical Center
Schneck Medical Center joined in 2021 for Phase II of the consortium.
ShipHappens
Specializing in mail-based naloxone and safe use supply distribution, ShipHappens provides FREE online training in opioid overdose recognition and response utilizing naloxone, FREE naloxone and FREE shipping to any Hoosier in Indiana. Now partnering with the InROC and IU Center for Rural Engagement, ShipHappens seeks to expand services to underserved rural communities, continuing their mission of getting as much naloxone into the hands of as many as possible.
Thrive
Thrive joined the consortium in 2021 during Phase II. We look forward to working with them on this project.
WhiteBark Health Academy
The WhiteBark Health Academy (WBHA) supports all educational efforts necessary to educate community members and stakeholders on Opioid-Use Disorder (OUD), treatment options, methods for preparing for treatment, how to refer, and how to best support individuals in recovery through its dedicated learning management system (LMS) platform. The LMS services provided through WBHA will serve as a useful tool to track education efforts and evaluate retention of information presented.
