For Funding Year 2026 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027), the Indiana Telehealth Network was pleased to administer both the HCF-15 & HCF-15TX Request for Proposals which solicited bids for various services associated with the construction, installation, and monthly recurring fees for providing high-speed, broadband access to our members.
