For Funding Year 2027 (July 1, 2027 - June 30, 2028), the Indiana Telehealth Network is pleased to administer both the HCF-16 & HCF-16TX Request for Proposals which solicited bids for various services associated with the construction, installation, and monthly recurring fees for providing high-speed, broadband access to our members. Please check back frequently for new funding opportunities!
