MommyWise
The Indiana Rural Health Association was awarded a Safety Pin grant from the Indiana Department of Health. IRHA is calling the program MommyWise. MommyWise is a two year program focusing on improving the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in Grant County, Indiana. IMR is a measure of a communities overall health. MommyWise has contracted with six Community Educator/Subject Matter Experts to provide educational sessions on relevant topics related to improving the IMR rate.

Rev. Tanya Smith, Minority Health Coalition - Tobacco/Risky Substance Use
Stefanie Rodabaugh, Exhale Therapy and Wellness - Pelvic Floor Therapy
Emily Newman, Doula - Infant & Postpartum Care
Rania Abdallah, Doula - Pregnancy Complications & Birth Process
Jennifer Stump, The Sprouted Life, Health Coach - Nutrition and Wellness
