Carolyn Miller joined IRHA in 2020 as the Administrative Assistant for Indiana Rural Health Association, as well as support for other programs. Her role transitioned to Program Coordinator in September 2022.
Prior to joining IRHA, Carolyn worked with the Indiana Family and Social Services Department.
