Collette Rhoads is a Program Coordinator under the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services grant and Connecting Kids to Coverage-Indiana.
Collette has a Bachelor's in criminal justice and an Associate's in Sociology from the University of Southern Indiana where she was also a member of Gamma Phi Beta sorority.
Collette had spent the last four years working for the Department of Child Service and Debra Corn Foster Care prior to joining IRHA. She resides in Southern Indiana with her husband who she has been married to for five years and her three children, two of which are identical twin boys.
