Kelsey Turner, MPA
Kelsey Turner, MPA, joins the Indiana Rural Health Association as Outreach & Marketing Director, where she will guide strategic communications and outreach initiatives to improve the health and well-being of rural Hoosiers. She brings over a decade of experience in nonprofit communications, marketing, and outreach. Before joining IRHA, Kelsey most recently served as the Director of Communications and Outreach at the Indiana University Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center, advancing statewide awareness and education initiatives focused on cancer prevention. Kelsey holds a Master of Public Affairs (MPA) in nonprofit management from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and interactive media design from the University of Southern Indiana. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, practicing mindfulness, spending time with her two cats, and playing on a recreational sand volleyball team.
