Tammy Geltmaker, RN, BSN, MHA, CPHQ

Tammy Geltmaker serves as a Program Director with the Indiana Rural Health Association (IRHA), providing support for the Indiana Rural Health Transformation Technical Assistance Network (RHT-TAN), a statewide initiative focused on enhancing healthcare access, quality, and outcomes in rural communities.
With more than three decades of healthcare experience, Tammy offers extensive expertise in leadership, program management, and quality improvement. Prior to IRHA, she spent 20 years leading quality improvement strategies for federal and state contracts, cultivating a strong commitment to population health, chronic disease prevention, care coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and addressing health disparities. Her educational background includes a BSN from Indiana University Southeast and an MHA from Webster University, complemented by Lean Six Sigma training and a professional certification in healthcare quality.
